It is what it is, a nice cheap little motel. Its old, but cleaner then expected after reading some reviews. We got a big room with three beds that didn't kill my back in the morning. The attendant was nice and friendly. Excellent coffee shop next door!

We had such a great day at The L Motel! My children and I all ride mountain bikes, and we wanted somewhere close to the Fort Tuthill Bike Park. This place is super clean, the staff is very friendly and the hotel is in a perfect location!

It's an affordable motel with friendly genuine service! I enjoyed my room! The space was clean, bed is very squishy but comfy, there is a fridge & microwave, & my bathroom had a nice rainwater shower head. Hot water is great. I like the location to... Coffee house next door & there's a grocery store in walking distance! Downtown is close & there's a hiking trail not to far. Sure it's not a luxury hotel but it has most everything you need, & I rather like the rustic appearance... It gives old school character! It would be nice to see poop bags available for pets, regardless love that they're pet friendly! Grateful for finding this place & an awesome staff of people! You'll be pleased if you stay.

When we decide to stay in flagstaff instead of driving 2hrs home.. This hotel is always a nice stay. Rooms clean and stay very very very nice !!! Thank you.

The manager was real helpful and nice, and helped us in our time of need. - Thank You B.R. The room was clean comfortable and we were able to check in early as well as extend our stay as needed. They were more than accommodating and helpful. The location is excellent. If you want good prices close to the action. And friendly family atmosphere the L motel is your place. We will stay here again for sure. - S.H.

For $40 a night this place wasn't bad at all! Very clean rooms, large bathroom! I just spent $100 a night at a similar hotel in LA and this one was far better! Highly recommend!

Good helpful service, clean room, plenty of towels comfortable bed, the tv was good and the shower was nice and hot at a great price! Thanks again L Motel! I’ll be back!

I traveled from Texas and didn't think about the time change they let me check in at noon. The room was amazing huge bathroom and smelled amazing. The front desk clerk was very kind. The property was very safe.

They are so nice here, I feel safe, unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at in the price range, and it’s clean. I find it easy to sleep here and I love being close to everything. I’ve been very happy in room 103 and greatful to be here
